Effect of leukotoxin on murine cells. (A) M1 and MLE cells were treated with various concentrations of leukotoxin and incubated for 24 h. Cell death was measured as the total number of annexin V⁺7AAD^– and annexin V⁺7AAD⁺ cells. The experiment was performed in triplicate, and error bars represent 1 SD.
