siRNA CXCR4 reduced esophageal carcinoma cells invasion in vitro. Cells were incubated with different synthetic oligonucleotides as described in the materials and methods section, and cells invasion ability was deteced by transwell invasion assay. The targeted CXCR4 siRNA reduced esophageal carcinoma cells invasion ability (*p <0.05).
