Caco-2 cells (106 cells/mL) were treated with live L. plantarum MYL26/ MYL31/ MYL68 (107 cfu/mL) at 37°C for 10 hours, followed by 1 μg/mL LPS challenge. Negative control: Caco-2 cells were not treated with LPS and probiotics. (Cytokine secretion baseline).
