The different series represent infected cattle cells in the presence of IL-10-neutralizing MAb (•) or isotype control MAb (○) and uninfected cattle cells in the presence of IL-10-neutralizing MAb (▪) or isotype control MAb (□). The anti-IL-10 MAb was used at a 1/1,000 dilution while the isotype control MAb was used at 5 μg/ml.
