(B) 449 candidate proteins of the three experiments as shown in the overlap area of all candidates (blue circle) with the database SynProt (see main text; orange circle) can be assigned to a synaptic localization or association. (C) The two circles represent the candidates after filtering using a transcriptome database of the hippocampal neuropil mRNAs.
