Cholesterol prevents the increase in pro-apoptotic molecular signals induced by Sugammadex. SUG (75 µg/ml) was present in the culture medium for 24 h. CytC, AIF, and Smac/Diablo (western blots) and CASP-3 activity were analyzed as indicated under Materials and Methods.
