Functional Analysis of the 5′ Flanking Sequences of the GLDPA Genes of the C₃ Species F. pringlei and F. robusta.

The 5′ flanking sequences of GLDPA1-Fp (2217 bp) and GLDPA-Fro (1154 bp) were fused to the GUS reporter gene and analyzed in transgenic F. bidentis (C₄) and transgenic Arabidopsis (C₃).
