The helicase domain plays a central role in the cytoplasmic retention of Dicer. (A) HeLa cells were transfected with the indicated constructs. Twenty-four hours post transfection, cells were treated with 20 nM LMB or solvent (ethanol) for 10 h and fixed, followed by IF using an α-myc antibody.
