(A) Western blot analysis of brain homogenates from Tg66 mice inoculated with heart homogenate derived from FFPE amyloid heart disease samples AHD1^FFPE and AHD2^FFPE. Each lane represents 0.7-mg brain equivalents of an individual mouse brain. MoCJD1^FFPE brain, brain homogenate from a Tg66 mouse inoculated with CJD1^FFPE; NHt1^FFPE, brain homogenate from a Tg66 mouse inoculated with NHt1^FFPE.
