Plots shown are representative of 2 – 3 independent experiments. Data in the legend are the mean radiation enhancement ratios (RER) ± SD (n = 2 – 3). The mean cytotoxicity of siRNA treatments was 1.0 (mock), 0.6 (siNS), and 0.6 (si-PPP2R1A) in MiaPaCa-2 and 1.0 (mock), 0.9 (si-NS), and 0.8 (si-PPP2R1A) in Panc-1 cells with less than 15% SD. Statistically significant differences in RER are indicated versus Mock*.
