Naïve CD4+ T cells in spleens were purified by immunomagnetic positive selection from normal C57BL/6 mice, and cultured in Treg, Th1, Th17 cells differentiation conditions for 96 hours, with or without SM934 (1 µM). Frequencies of Treg, Th1 and Th17 were quantified using flow cytometry. Three independent experiments were performed with similar results.
