RPMI 8226 and LP-1 cells were cultured with vehicle (EtOH), RU 39411 (10 μM for 2 h or not) and then with 10 μM dexamethasone (Dex) for 24 h. The number of viable cells was then determined with a MTT assay. Each experimental condition was repeated three times.
