Muon stopping profiles at the indicated implantation energies were calculated with the Monte-Carlo code TrimSP29,30 from 1 keV to 20 keV. A light absorption coefficient α ~ 5 · 105/cm has been assumed for the used blue light sources with peak wavelengths of 470 nm and 405 nm31, corresponding to photon energies of 2.6 and 3.0 eV, respectively. The pressure at the sample was ≤10−8 mbar.
