(a, b) Viability of neuroendocrine lung, prostate and melanoma cells was measured after a treatment with 0.02, 0.2, 2, 20 μM lestaurtinib for 96 h, using Cell-Titer Blue. (c, d) Invasion capabilities were measured after being embedded in matrigel along treatment with 2 μM lestaurtinib for 48 h. (e) SCLC, melanoma and prostate cells were treated with 10 μM lestaurtinib for 8 h. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with TrkB antibodies and GAPDH. Blots were quantified using Odyssey software.
