(A) Proteomic identification of differentially expressed proteins between WT and Inoculated fruits at MG ripening stages. Protein extracts of 500 µL were analyzed in first dimension (pH 4–7 linear IPG, 13 cm) and by SDS-PAGE (15% T) in the second dimension, followed by visualization in Coomassie blue staining.
