MO knockdown of zebrafish TNNT2 causes downregulation of the CCGC. (A) MO knockdown of zebrafish TNNT2 phenocopies the heart failure response. One-cell zebrafish embryos were injected with either the CMO or the TNNT2-MO as described in the Materials and Methods section. Images show representative zebrafish at 120 hpf. (B) Zebrafish embryos were injected with either the CMO or the TNNT2-MO, and mRNA was prepared from the hearts as described in the Materials and Methods section. Microarray data showing fold change in transcript abundance caused by the TNNT2-MO were collected. Those genes with all significant fold changes in Figure 2A were selected and their fold changes in the TNNT2-MO microarray result were abstracted and represented by colors as shown in the image.
