Equilibrium binding of ssDNA aptamers to free [3H]-ABA. Equilibrium binding assays were performed by filtration on 3-kDa mol weight cutoff filters, as described in the Methods section. Specific binding was calculated by subtracting the value of the nonspecific binding from each experimental point. Dissociation constants (Kd) were calculated using nonlinear regression analysis. Each point is the mean of 3 determinations. R2 values were 0.9931 for clone 2 and 0.9969 for clone 9.
