Determination of the rotational behavior induced by apomorphine (1 mg/kg i.p.) 60 min in rats subjected to the pretreatment with 6-OHDA treated with α-lipoic acid at doses of 100 or 200 mg/Kg alone or in combination with L-DOPA (50 mg/Kg).
