90th Percentile of the Absolute Mean Difference (AMD_90) for RMD_race+ with Three Levels of Induced Missingness

Percent Missing: 5% 10% 20%
Variable Simple RMD_race++ RMD_race++ RMD_race++
NonWhite (%) 7.2 3.2 3.8 4.9
Female (%) 0.7 0.6 0.6 0.7
On Statins (%) 1.8 1.2 1.3 1.5
Systolic BP (mmHg) 0.8 0.8 0.8 0.8
BMI 0.3 0.1 0.1 0.2
A1c (%) 0.1 0.1 0.1 0.1
N patients 60.5 33.8 37.4 44.5

90 sites matched. Balance is for the true covariate values without missingness. Missingness was induced completely at random (MCAR) over all 7 covariates. RMD_race++ has weights=10 for race and BMI, 5 for statin use and N patients, and 1 otherwise. 10,000 simulations run for each method. Standard errors for N patients are ≤0.7 and ≤0.1 for all other variables.
