For every significant increase between consecutive Feno measurements over 3-mo intervals, defined as Feno level increased by > 7 ppb for values < 35 ppb or > 20% for Feno ≥ 35 ppb for those aged < 12 y and Feno level increased by > 10 ppb for values < 50 ppb or > 20% for Feno level ≥ 50 ppb for those aged ≥ 12 y.
