Corresponding images of myocytes stained with the nuclear dye Hoechst 33342 as well as merged images are also presented. Quantitative data in panel C are presented as mean+SEM, N = 8. *P<0.05 from respective control (Ctl) group; +P<0.05 from respective group in the absence of siFTO (−siFTO).
