Fig. 3. Concentration-dependent reduction of MTT and CTC by BMR. The reduction of MTT was measured spectrophotometrically at 610 nm using varying concentrations of MTT (1-500 μM) in the presence of NADPH for 20 sec. The reduction of CTC was measured spectrophotometrically at 450 nm with varying concentrations of MTT (1-500 μM) in the presence of NADPH for 5 sec. The kinetic parameters of MTT reduction and CTC reduction were determined by nonlinear regression using Graph-Pad Prism software (San Diego, USA) and are shown in Table 1.
