(A, B) H1299 cells were co-treated with TRAIL and nemadipine-A (T/N; 20 ng/ml and 20 μM respectively) with or without different cell death inhibitors (40 μM zVAD, 100 nM bafilomycin (Baf), 10 μM necrostatin-1 (Necro)). Cell viability and caspase activation were then analyzed by CCK-8 assay and western blotting. Values are the mean ± SEM (n=3, *<0.01, NS: not signicant).
