Zebrafish embryos not injected with morpholino (−) or injected with 9 ng smn MO (+) were treated with either DMSO vehicle (−) or 2 µM SBL-154 (+). Approximately 25 embryos of each of the four classes were pooled, and samples of each class were analyzed by Western blot for Smn protein. β-actin levels were used to normalize protein loading. SBL-154 had no effect on levels of Smn protein in either the presence or absence of smn MO.
