(c–h) Examples of persistently regular atrial rhythm (c, d), atrial tachycardia resulting in regular deflections at a higher frequency (e, f) and atrial fibrillation resulting in irregular deflections at a higher frequency (g, h). In all cases, the ventricular spikes result in the larger, and the atrial spikes in the smaller deflections.
