Expression of CEA family members in human lung. Paraffin sections of human lung tissue from surgical specimens of lung cancer patients were stained for (A) CEACAM1, (B) CEACAM5, (C) CEACAM6, (D) CEACAM8 and (E) IgG control antibody using indirect immune-peroxidase technique. Note that blood cells give a positive signal due to intrinsic peroxidase activity.
