siRNA serum stability. Lane 1, intact siRNA; lane 2, siRNA; lane 3, naked LPD; lane 4, TLPD-FPM; lane 5, NTLPD-FPM; lane 6, TLPD-FPC; and lane 7, NTLPD-FPC. Samples of siRNA solution or liposomes incubated with 50% fetal bovine serum. After the liposomes were destroyed by 5% Triton-X100, these samples containing 0.3 μg siRNA were applied to agarose gel electrophoresis.
