Seeds were immersed in the reconstituted seawater and illuminated under different light treatments. The light intensities were set at 50 µmol/m²s. “n” indicates combined number of seeds in duplicated tests. The experiments were terminated when the germination rate of at least one group exceeded 50%. Error bars indicate 95% C.I.
