(A) Total counts were obtained after removing the sequences under threshold of 350 nucleotides in length and 85.0% identity. (B) Bacterial phylotypes from each sample were assigned from the closest related 16S rRNA sequence. The number of counts and the number of bacterial phylotypes in each phylum were indicated. Sequences that could not be classified into known phyla were assigned as ‘Unclassified’. A, B, C, D and E indicate the results obtained from group A, group B, group C, group D and group E mice, respectively.
