siRNA-mediated knockdown of DCLK1 resulted in downregulation of pluripotency factors: NANOG mRNA (A); KLF4 mRNA (B); NANOG protein (C); KLF4 protein (D); OCT4 mRNA (E) and SOX-2 mRNA (F). mRNA was analyzed using real-time RT-PCR and protein by immunohistochemical analyses. For bar graph in A, B, E and F, values are given as average ± SEM, and asterisks denote statistically significant differences (*p < 0.01) compared with Control (NP alone).
