Influence of pH of the moistening solution on enzyme yield. pH of the moistening solution was altered from pH 5.0 to pH 10.0. The other culture conditions were particle size of wheat bran: 500-1000 μm; moisture: 70%; inoculum size: 5 mL and temperature: 30°C.
