Figure 6. — Thermostability of the recombinant xylanases.The enzyme solutions were incubated at 60°C and 85°C without the presence of substrate for various times, respectively. The residual xylanases activity were measured by 10 min incubation at optimal temperature for recombinant XYNA1 and XYNB, respectively. The activity determined under the standard conditions of optimal temperature without incubation was defined as 100% relative activity.
