Body weight of male (A) and female (B) mice at the ages of 1 month, 3 months and 6 months were measured and analyzed with a two-way ANOVA. Daily food intake of male (C) and female (D) mice at the age of 1 month was measured once a week for 4 weeks. Data is presented as means ± SEM and analyzed by a repeated measures ANOVA.
