Crimp frequency as a function of PBS concentration at (a) 0.01 and (b) 0.5 Hz for 0, 2 and 4% strain (1 and 3% strain are omitted for clarity). Crimp frequency was generally decreased with increasing strain. No changes in fcrimp with salt concentration were found.
