Hh regulated human MTC cellular growth. (A) TT cells were plated in a 96-well plate at an initial cellular density of 5,000 cells/well. Cells were treated with vehicle (DMSO), SAG 0.3 μM, or GDC 10 μM and incubated in a humidified incubator at 37°C, 5% CO₂. Absorbance readings were obtained at 0, 24, 48, and 72 hours as described in the Materials and Methods (*p<0.05 and **p<0.01). (B) The concentration of orange formazan dye is directly proportional to viable cells in samples treated with DMSO vehicle, SAG 0.3 μM, or GDC 10 μM. All statistical analyses were performed using a two-tailed Student's t test. p<0.05* were considered significant and p<0.01** highly significant.
