After hyperoxia exposure for 60 h, mice were randomly separated in four groups which received intravenously 5 x 10⁵ AFSCs or BM-MSCs as the test groups (n=10), MEFCs as a control group (n=10), and PBS treatment as a placebo control group (n=10). The survival rates were observed and plotted at 6 h or 12 h intervals. The experiments were repeated three times.
