Replication testing of multi-channel microfluidic device. Ferri/ferro hexacyanide in 0.1 M PB pH 7.0 was detected at 5 μl/min flow rate in each channel for 3 min. Current background was achieved by rinsing the channel with 0.1 M PB pH 7.0 for 3 min at the same flow rate of analyte measurement.
