Sequence count (Seq ct) is the number of unique peptides identified for each protein; Spectral Count (Spec ct) represents the total number of times all of the unique peptides were identified for the protein and provides an approximate measure of the protein's abundance in the sample. % Coverage (% Cov) is the percentage of the protein covered by the unique peptides.
