Simple hysterectomy and hysterectomy with unilateral oophorectomy were modeled simultaneously.

p-heterogeneity was determined by a likelihood-ratio test comparing a polytomous logistic regression model which assumed that estimates by histologic subtype differed compared to a model which assumed estimates by histologic subtypes did not differ.
