The ability of T-cells to respond to stimuli is improved with treatment. (A–D). The percentage of all CD4 and CD8 memory T-cells was significantly reduced in animals fed a HFFD (Student's t-test ♯=p<0.05). Repeated measures analysis with Bonferroni posthoc testing demonstrated significant improvements in the ability of T-cells to respond to CD3-mediated activation, which returned to pre-treatments levels after the washout period was completed (**p<0.01).
