(A) A significant increase in anti inflammatory cytokine (IL-10) production at the higher MAPC dose (10 * 106 MAPC/kg) when compared to CCI injury control animals (p = 0.006). (B-C) show a decrease in production of the pro inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and IFNγ that fails to reach significance (p = 0.07 and p = 0.14, respectively). Values are expressed as fold increase from uninjured controls which are set to a value of 1.
