HPLC fingerprint profiles and UV/Vis absorption spectra of EA and BoOH fractions. Marker components (caffeic acid, ferulic acid, quercetin, eupafolin, and kaempferol), as well as both fractions of KGS extract, were analyzed by HPLC with C-18 reverse phase column, eluents detected at 345 nm with a 2996 PDA detector (a).
