Ly-294002 induces a G2/M cell cycle arrest in irradiated T98G and CB193. Histograms of the 24-h cell cycle of surviving CB193 and T98G treated with 50 μM Ly and irradiated at 2 Gy and controls. The cells were stained with propidium-iodide and analysed by FACS. The percentages of cells in different phases of the cell cycle from triplicate cultures are expressed with respect to the total number of viable cells (corresponding to an analysis of 105 cells) and are representative of two independent experiments performed 24 h after irradiation.
