At indicated time points after intratumoral injection of EC1-GLuc-p53C, mice were killed and tumors were excised. Tumors were then immediately fixed with 4% PFA. Paraffin-embedded slices of tumors were prepared at a thickness of 10 µm. Immunofluorescence staining with rabbit anti-Gaussia Luciferase serum was used to detect the retention of EC1-GLuc-p53C in tumors. Scale bars = 100 µm. n = 3 in each group.
