A low concentration (0.4 μm) of DHPG has a weaker effect on the eIPSC amplitudes in NRG1-treated cells than in control cells. A, The mean reduction in eIPSC amplitudes caused by 0.4 μm DHPG in NRG1-teated cells was significantly smaller than that in control cells at 12–15 min. *p = 0.0037 (t test). B, In the presence of 1 μm JZL184, 0.4 μm DHPG reduced the eIPSC amplitude to a similar extent in both NRG1-treated and control cells. At the onset of DHPG, JZL184 had been present in the bath solution for 20–27 min. Error bars indicate SEM.
