Representative multicolor fluorescence microscopy images taken after the following sequence: human HeLa cells were stained with DAPI (1 µg/mL), and treated 15 minutes later with Tetra-SR-bZnDPA (10 µM) and fluorescent bacterial P. aeruginosa-GFP cells (50 µL, OD₆₀₀ = 0.3-0.4), then incubated in serum free DMEM for another 15 minutes.
