Elimination of RCC ACHN tumors in nude mice by combined treatments with sunitinib and attenuated mutant VSV (M51R). ACHN were implanted subcutaneously in nude mice (Methods). Oral sunitinib treatments began on day 20 postimplantation. Intratumoral injections of VSV (M51R) were done on days 25 and 52 postimplantation (arrows).
