Read-through activity comparison of GJ071 and GJ072 with other known RTCs in A-T cells. AT153LA cells with homozygous TGA mutation were exposed to GJ071, GJ072, GJ103, RTC13, and PTC124 for 4 days, respectively, and ATM kinase activity was measured by FC-ATMs1981.
