The content of reserve food material such as protein (A) and oil (B) and profile of various fatty acids (C) was determined from the seeds derived from control and TU treated pods. The values represent mean ± SD of ten independent biological replicates. Each replicate represents the seeds pooled from 20 plants. The significance of mean difference (P<0.05) was evaluated on the basis of student t-test and marked with asterisk (*).
