Systolic blood pressure on day 0 (before surgery), day 28 and day 56 for each group: Sham surgery groups did not show any significant change in systolic blood pressure. SNX groups showed a significant rise in systolic blood pressure on day 28 and 56 compared to day 0 (*p < 0.05). At day 56, systolic blood pressure was significantly higher in P2Y2-R KO SNX compared to WT SNX mice (#p < 0.05) (mean ± SEM).
